1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okokph ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the okokph online gaming platform located at okokph.cam, including all related websites, applications, services, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise accessing the okokph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the okokph Service and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the posting of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2.2 Account Registration

To access the okokph gaming platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

Each person is permitted only one account with okokph. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. You must notify okokph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2.3 Account Verification

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, okokph is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards. You agree to cooperate fully with all verification requests, which may include submission of copies of valid identification documents (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification is completed. okokph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

okokph accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other approved payment methods as displayed on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change at okokph's discretion. All deposits are subject to verification and may be delayed pending completion of account verification procedures.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your okokph account are lawfully obtained, are your own property, and are not derived from criminal or fraudulent activity. okokph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably suspect to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your okokph account at any time, subject to verification of your identity and payment method ownership, completion of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise agreed by okokph. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash (15-30 minutes), PayMaya (30-60 minutes), bank transfer (1-3 business hours). First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional verification requirements. okokph reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request if we have reasonable grounds to believe that fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms has occurred.

You are responsible for all transaction fees charged by your payment provider. okokph does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

3.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Bonuses, promotions, and free bets offered by okokph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

okokph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or use of automated systems, may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All games offered on the okokph platform are operated fairly and transparently in accordance with PAGCOR standards. Slot games and random number generator (RNG) games are tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure fairness and randomness. Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, and wheels operated by professional dealers in real-time.

You agree to use the okokph Service only for legitimate entertainment purposes and not for any fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage

The okokph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of okokph. You may not use any okokph trademarks without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, OKOKPH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF WINNINGS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF OKOKPH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

okokph is not responsible for any losses resulting from: (a) interruptions or delays in the Service caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events; (b) errors, bugs, or malfunctions in software or game systems; (c) unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials; or (d) third-party payment provider delays or failures.

In no event shall okokph's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

okokph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud or illegal activity; (c) failure to provide satisfactory identity verification; (d) abusive behavior toward okokph staff or other players; or (e) request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the okokph platform will immediately cease. You may request withdrawal of any remaining account balance, subject to completion of verification procedures and any applicable investigations. okokph reserves the right to withhold funds pending resolution of any disputes or suspected violations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of applicable fees.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the okokph Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact okokph customer support in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, either party may submit the dispute to PAGCOR for mediation or pursue legal remedies as permitted by Philippine law.

10. Changes to Terms

okokph reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the okokph platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to you via email or notification on the platform. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Service and close your account.
